Scout Willis, the 20-year-old daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, was arrested just before 7 p.m. Monday, an NYPD spokesperson confirms to TODAY.com.

Willis, who is a student at Brown University, was allegedly drinking an "8-ounce Pakistani beer," when an officer spotted her and asked for ID, according to the Daily News, which first reported?the story.

According to the paper, Willis gave the officer a New York ID card with the name Katherine Kelly. Willis ultimately revealed her real identity, saying "My name is Scout Willis. The first ID isn't mine. My friend gave it to me. I don't know Katherine Kelly."

Willis was charged with two misdemeanors: violation of the open-container law, and criminal impersonation. The NYPD confirms that she was charged and released without bail on Tuesday. She'll have to return to Manhattan Criminal Court on July 31.

Earlier this year, Willis was at the center of a Twitter scandal for operating a "secret" account under the handle @bougepunk. The account was full of salacious tweets about sex, drugs, and partying. A rep for Willis later cleared up the controversial account, telling People?that it was part of a class assignment.
